We recognize the value of our volunteers in providing outstanding support to our paid staff, tremendous customer service, and a network of fair trade activism in the metro community. We've grown the program to 150 active volunteers and they've helped us grow our sales-requiring us to recruit more volunteers.

This year we've expanded our commitment to our volunteer base with these program enhancements:

An increase in management staffing dedicated to the volunteer segment of our operations.
A through training to give our volunteer the tool they need to educate our customers about our mission, the artisans we work with and fair trade.
Generous incentives (we know it's not your primary motivation, but it doesn't hurt)

Volunteer orientation schedule

Orientations are held at the store and are limited to 10 people so call early, they fill up quickly.

Tuesday September 16th, 6:30 - 8:00 pm

Tuesday October 14th, 6:30 - 8:00 pm

Additional orientations may be scheduled based on demand.

Volunteer shifts:

Mon-Fri: 10-2, 2-6, 6-8:30

Sat: 10-12, 12-2, 2-4, 4-6
